Second Languages Matter! Best Practices Day offers:
· the largest gathering of second language educators in the province with participants from all across Alberta and beyond
· practical sessions for all second languages, all programs and at all levels from K-12
· many sessions in the target languages
· best practices shared by classroom teachers, administrators, university professors, second language leaders and Alberta Education language advisors
· a variety of displayers featuring new resources and other interesting wares
Eligible for Alberta Education French Teacher Bursary: Bursary
Selecting your sessions:
· You must first be registered! Click here to do so.
· You will be e-mailed a link inviting you to select your sessions. Please note that space is limited and spaces will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment of registration:
· Edmonton Public Schools: forward an ITV to Jan Amundson at Languages Centre at Woodcroft
· Non-Edmonton Public Schools: by cheque only payable to Edmonton Public Schools
