One of the few common PL opportunities available for district L2 educators this year!

Second Languages Matter! Best Practices Day:

The largest gathering of second language educators in the province with sessions for all second languages, all programs and all levels. Many sessions are offered in the target languages. Best practices shared by classroom teachers, administrators, university professors, L2 leaders and AB ED language advisors.

Offer a session:

Build your professional portfolio and share a best practice you do in your school or classroom. A little nervous? Don't worry; you will get lots of support in planning and in tips. Still nervous? Consider presenting with a partner. Presenters get free registration - up to two per session and choose from one of the topics below or submit an original idea.
